  Until today, I struggled with the stigma Anxiety and Depression has on me. I've met a few doctors and they always seemed to push medications on me until it stacked up to be so many that I could not keep track of what dose it was time for. This has been going on for 8 years. I'm at a point in my life in which I need to determine what is chemical and what is situational regarding my disorder. Dr. Rohana, is REAL. While not a therapist, she empowered me to look at things in a new way and take control in the areas I could. I was so nervous and stepped out in faith. In this office, they are relaxed yet professional. The staff talks about real issues and ways to fix them. I was listened to. I was trusted that I know my own body. She cared.
